Absence

Implement Absence counters with the 'balance due'. For example, vacation days remaining in the current year.

Break Deduction

Automatically deduct rest breaks from clocked hours, depending on the duration of work presence. ID-Badges do not have to be swiped in the Time Clock machine to deduct the rest breaks.

Flexitime, also called Flexible Time

Flexitime is calculated based on a standard week set by the user. Displays the balance of Debit or Credit Hours.

Holiday Hours

Calculates hours worked on a specific Holiday, such as New Year's Day. Can also accrue Time Off In Lieu.

Night Hours

Calculates all time stamps that occured during Midnight Crossover, for example 22:00 to 06:00. Used if different pay rates are applied for night shifts.

Overtime

Overtime hours on a daily or weekly basis are calculated. For example, calculate overtime in excess of 40 hours per week.

Rounded Hours

Apply rounding rules to Time Clock Stamps (typically 15 minutes up & down). Time is not counted for early arrival and time is deducted for late arrival or early departure.

Shift Auto-recognition

Creates a programme of rotating shifts, with or without automatic shift detection.

Site/Cost centre

Totalise time spent on projects, tasks, shop orders, repair orders, etc.

Rest Break

Measure up to 10 rest breaks per day per employee and deducts this total from Time Clock Hours, if desired. Used for measuring smoke breaks or frequent rest breaks.

Sunday Hours

Calculates any hours worked on Sundays, or other designated days when formulae are adapted for those days. Used if special pay rates are applied for the designated days.
